1982/1983 - Key points and analysis

The UCI Basketball team had a rebuilding season due to the graduation of Kevin Magee and several other seniors. The team, though, had a respectable season, finishing 16-12 overall, 8-8 in the PCAA for a 5th place.
The UCI Band increased its membership by about 20 people from the previous year. We averaged about 30-40 people at games.
After our mini-away trip to UNLV, the band started to go out for pizza regularly after the games. We typically had about 6-8 people going out after games.
